FinexiaCA
Terms & conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and Finexia Finance Inc. whenever you use this website or place an order.
Last updated: April 6, 2026
1. The agreement
This website and the exchange service offered through it are operated by Finexia Finance Inc., incorporation number BC1585160, registered office 205-50 Lonsdale Ave, Office #2421, North Vancouver BC, V7M 2E6, Canada. By opening an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an undisclosed agent for someone else.
- You must not be resident in, or a national of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions list.
- We do not market or offer services to residents of the United Kingdom or the European Union. Where a person in those regions uses the service, it is on a reverse-solicitation basis, entirely at their own initiative.
3. Identity verification
We verify the identity of every client before executing an order, regardless of order size. You agree to provide accurate documents and to tell us promptly if the information you gave us changes. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where verification cannot be completed, where documents appear altered, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity.
4. Orders, pricing and fees
- We support Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and TRX across the Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tron networks, funded by card or bank transfer in Canadian dollars, US dollars, pounds sterling or euro.
- Our standard exchange fee is 2.5% of the order amount, inclusive of applicable taxes. It is displayed before you confirm an order, and any payment method carrying a different rate shows that rate at checkout.
- Asset rates are sourced from our liquidity partners and displayed at the point of order. The rate is locked when we receive your payment, not when you submit the order. If your payment does not arrive, the quoted rate lapses.
- Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges, including foreign exchange or cash-advance fees. Those are outside our control.
5. Settlement and delivery
Once payment clears, we transfer the purchased asset to the wallet address you nominate and provide the on-chain transaction reference. Card-funded orders are typically completed within a few hours; wire-funded orders may take up to five business days because banks apply their own verification before releasing funds.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover assets sent to an address you entered incorrectly, to an address on the wrong network, or to a contract that cannot receive them.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any point before payment is captured by contacting support. Once payment is captured and the asset has been purchased on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled or reversed. See our refund policy for the limited circumstances in which funds are returned.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to:
- Launder proceeds of crime or finance terrorism or proliferation.
- Evade sanctions or tax obligations.
- Fund or facilitate any illegal activity, or trade on another person’s behalf without disclosing it.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
8. Risk acknowledgement
Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly and permanently. They are not deposits, are not insured, and are not covered by any investor compensation scheme. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell. See our risk disclosure for the full statement.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, from delays caused by banks, card issuers or blockchain networks, from your own errors in entering wallet addresses, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account where we are required to by law, where we reasonably suspect fraud or a sanctions breach, or where you breach these terms. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will tell you the reason. You may close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending order and to our record-keeping obligations.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to support@finexiaca.com with the details of the order. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you locally.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. We will publish the revised version here and, for material changes, give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
