We started this because the exchanges we used were vague about pricing and slow to respond when something went wrong. The spread was buried, the fee appeared on the final screen, and support was a form that went nowhere.
So we published one fee, put it on the order screen before you commit, and staffed a desk that answers. There is no separate network cost added at the end, and no spread quietly widened on larger orders.

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as bank wire transfers. Card payments are the fastest to clear. Wires usually settle within one to three business days depending on your bank.
We support Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and TRX across the Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tron networks. Our standard exchange fee is 2.5% inclusive of applicable taxes, and any payment method carrying a different rate shows that rate at checkout. Prices are averaged across our liquidity partners and are locked in as soon as we receive your payment.
Card-funded orders typically complete within a few hours. Wire-funded orders can take up to five business days, since banks apply additional verification to each transfer before releasing funds to us.
Yes, but only before payment has been captured. Contact support as soon as possible and we will cancel the order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once payment is captured and assets are purchased, the order cannot be reversed.
Yes. We collect KYC documentation for every client regardless of order size. This is a legal obligation for a registered Canadian money services business, and it is also how we keep the platform safe for everyone using it.
